The grill can NOT be used on the deck at any time for any reason. When you arrive you will notice a dumpster to the left of the driveway for garbage. We also provide a bin for recycling and a bin for cans only. A new septic drain field was installed late Fall 2019, so you will see work being done to the lawn in that area. However, this should not inhibit your ability to use or enjoy the property as it is on the hill behind the garage. We provide starter paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags. There are sheets, blankets and pillows for every bed. Each bathroom has wash clothes, hand towels, small and large bath towels. The upper bathroom has a washer and dryer. All we ask is that everything is returned to where it was found. We do not have control over fish biting, mosquitos, gnats, weather or any other part of nature. You may find a cobweb outside (they are created by humidity), dust on an outside table, leaves that have blown on to the deck, or something else created by a natural occurrence.

THE RIVER/LAND The total acreage is approximately 6.5 with 300 feet of river frontage. The cabin is set back from the river, yet maintains a view of the river. At the river’s edge there is a picnic area deck with table and chairs. . The land is wooded with a mix of small pine, some large pine old growth and hardwood. There are no houses on either side of the lot. It is not uncommon to see a lot of wildlife. There are many deer, grouse, eagles that nest just up the river, and an occasional bear. He moved to Eau Claire in 1995 and discovered the thrill of chasing small mouth bass and musky on area rivers.
